Software Packages

  1. RCTC: An R package calculates commonly used ground motion intensity measures, including RotD50 for PSA, PGA, PGV; AI, CAV, FAS
  2. hvsrProc: An R package processes and calculates HVSR from noise-based and earthquake-based time series data.
  3. GMPE: An R package contains commonly used Ground Motion Prediction Equations (GMPE).
  4. RPSHA: An R package implements LASSO for event selection and ground motion map selection for multi-IMs regional PSHA.
  5. HVSR Database Access and Analysis Tool: A created project on the Designsafe. It provides a Jupyter Notebook that interacts with the HVSR database to perform two operations that are anticipated to be useful for research of site response effects in which HVSR is used for site characterization: 1) identify if a site has HVSR peaks; and 2) for sites where peaks are present, establish attributes of the peaks such as peak frequency and amplitude.

  1. HVSR DB: A publically accessible HVSR Relational Database. Users can check out Wang et al. (2022) for more detail. Users can access the database from DesignSafe or a developed GUI webpage.
  2. VSPDB: A publically accessible Vs profile Relational Database. Users can check out Wang et al. (2019) for more detail. Users can access the database from a developed GUI webpage.
  3. GMDB: A publically accessible Ground Motion Relational Database (currently under development).
