Each participating team should include, at a minimum: 

• 1 Faculty Mentor 
• 1 Resident or Fellow (Team Leader) 
• 1 Staff Member or Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) 

The program includes: 

• Three 2-hour workshops over six months 
• Guided project design and implementation 
• Support with data collection and evaluation 

Each team will also be assigned a QI Taskforce mentor who will periodically connect with the team leader to provide guidance, feedback, and accountability.
