Three goals I hope to achieve are building relationships with people that I work with, apply new skills, and understanding how global health and health service administration works together.  As I continue my internship, I will be working with other people in the Global Health department at ODU as well as meeting new people when doing projects. It is important to communicate with others to share new ideas and ask questions if needed. The other staff members will also help guide me along the way as I finish my internship. I get to meet new people new and listen to their experiences for some projects that are offsite. By the end of the internship, I will develop new skills as I go to graduate school and start my career.  These skills will teach me new things outside of the hospital setting. I want to know how health service administration and global health can work together. Some of the projects will help me combine the global health topic and perform the task as an administrator/manager.
