What’s up, Class! My name is Ryan Harvey, and I am currently a graduate student at Old Dominion University studying Lifespan & Digital Communication. I decided to take this course, COMM 562, because I love sports and sports media. I recently just got done playing for Old Dominion as a Long Snapper. Growing up, whenever I went to the field to train, I would bring a ball to snap with and my camera. After getting my work in, I would then learn how to use my camera to take pictures and videos of my teammates. This is where I fell in love with content creation! I serve as the Creative Services’ Graduate Assistant for all @odufootball social media pages now, where I specialize in photography, videography, and design. I hope to one day work in the NFL as a photographer or videographer.

I have created this WordPress to document my journey taking this course, and to use this website as a “portfolio” for future job opportunities.
