The major I am pursuing is nursing. Having been surrounded by healthcare professionals and being well-acclimated to the hospital environment all my life, the fulfillment of being a safety net and caregiver for the vulnerable has always been a passion of mine, leading me to this selection. So far, I’ve volunteered at Sentara Leigh Hospital on the 1E/1W orthopedic floor.
