This certificate was earned through my two years stationed overseas in Guam on a Coast Guard vessel. It recognizes my hard work and achievements throughout the time served overseas.
This certificate documents my skills and knowledge in the maritime industry. The document is more commonly known as “100-ton captains license” and allows me to operate a motor vessel weighing up to 100-tons with passengers for hire.
