For this journal entry, we had to read a blog and write a paragraph describing five serious violations and why we think those offenses are serious.
The five serious violations I choose were, bullying and trolling, faking your identity online, collecting information about people younger than 13, using unofficial streaming services, and using other people’s internet networks. I chose the first three on the list because there are so many children on social media. They do not understand how serious it gets until they are involved in it. Even with that, there are many child predators in the world today. Parents need to monitor what their children are doing on the internet. I know so many people that stream movies for free. Seems that it is not a big issue to the individuals that created it. Copyrighting is illegal. The last one on the list is someone being inconsiderate. There should be no one using someone else’s internet unless they get permission first. Even with that being said, the person with the internet should have a strong password to avoid individuals from using their internet. These five violations are also ways that hackers can hack you. Even though you are streaming movies, you still have to consent to some kind of agreement before streaming the movie.
