End of Term Reflection

When it comes to how I connected what I learned in my Cell Biology class to other classes, the thing that comes to mind is the plant section of the curriculum compared to the Environmental Geography class. In the geography class I learned how plants behave and react to certain situations on the larger scale. However, in my Cell Biology class I got to look at plants under a microscope, and see how the individual cells of a plant work together for the good of the organism. I would say that my favorite part of the plant section was learning about the Krebs Cycle in greater detail, as I never really understood it in high school. This class really did help me strengthen my understanding of plants, and I hope to take this knowledge with me in the future as I pursue a career in environmental conservation.
