In High School, I ran track and field for four years and my coaches saw me as a great leader for my Long Jump team for the new athletes. I showed leadership in this due to the fact that I always set myself to be a good role model for my track team and abide by the rules my coaches give me. In High School, I also participated in school events such as International Night, where you would represent your country. How I contributed to this was by leading my country choreography and attire. In 2011, I and other students were selected to be invited to the White House for the Christmas tree lighting. I got selected for my outstanding behavior in my classroom. I participated in community service hours for my church by helping pick up litter in my community. This experience helps better my discipline due to the fact that it helps me realize how responsible I need to be and shows how good behavior and leadership can help you get a long way.
