Lastly, it is important to look out for unrealistic discounts/deals and how well constructed the site is. In a blog by ExpressVPN, it compared the fake site ‘BedBathClose’ with the well known retailer ‘BedBath&Beyond’. With the intention of exploiting the latter’s bankruptcy announcement, the website had farfetched prices, terrible website design and plagiarized images.
