- Why are you interested in cybersecurity technology?
No exact reason as to why I am interested, but rather a plethora. While, engineering is building and constructing technology and cybersecurity is providing the protection and walls of security for the created technology. Not only is it useful in terms of protection, but cybersecurity, as explained throughout the entirety of the paper, can be politically, socially, and economically useful in society. The list is long with examples such as, ethical considerations, national security, trust in general, cultural norms, access to resources, and education. Considering this, one also should consider that when one speaks about cybersecurity and approaches the challenges therein, there is a requisite of a multidisciplinary approach that refers to human behavior and societal implications rather than just technological advancements.
