Prior to reviewing the NICE workforce framework, the formidable overseeing of logically grasping the totality of the meaning of what is more feasible and/or obtaining in terms of what is the smartest decision was not present. Rather, I had an idea, that was formed through the knowledge of ‘what is cybersecurity’. Hence, after reviewing the NICE workforce framework, an area I would “focus” on would be “work roles”. By definition, via the NICE workforce framework, “Groupings of work for which an individual or team is responsible or accountable. Work Roles are organized into high-level Work Role Categories and are composed of Tasks that constitute work to be done; Tasks include associated Knowledge and Skill statements that represent learners’ potential to perform those Tasks. Work Roles are not the same as jobs or job titles; a single job may be responsible for more than one Work Role (niccs.cisa.gov).” As stated earlier, the “work roles” drew attention. Stating that which would, “appeal the least”, certainly is not my best interest, but I will probably say “task statement” and/or “categories”. Again, they all are feasible in a way, and it is not my best interest to rally on that which appealed the least, but if a choice was to be made, it would be that.
