To begin, one should list the the motives available for ranking. First there is the entertainment, then political, then revenge, then boredom, then recognition, then for money, then multiple reasons. These are the individual motives for cyber offending. To be honest, all of them make sense, but if one had to chose what makes the most sense I would say revenge. People do tons of crimes off of anger and that simple makes the most sense being 1. The next I would say is Political. People care about political topics as it is very sensitive to them so that just makes sense. Next, for money. People love money and would do anything for it. Next, Recognition. People like attention so this is not as surprising. Next, entertainment. Doing this for entertainment is crazy, but is understandable because people learn how to bypass technology and go crazy. Next, for boredom. People get bored so that is understandable but to commit a crime just because of boredom is crazy. That is why it is second to last. The last is the multiple reasons. The reason this is last is just because one learns technical skills or so on, does not mean they need to go and commit a cyber crime. That is crazy.
