In this chapter we learned about texting abbreviations, and about technology and personal relationships. Especially how miscommunications over text are very frequent. We watched a video about the common miscommunications that could be had over text message due to the inability to convey the tone of the message. We learned the different abbreviations for texts in Spanish and compared them to ones we use in our daily lives.

We also learned how to use the future tense to talk about what will happen and the conditional tense to talk about what could happen. This might prove to be the most influential part of this chapter on me because it is more likely to come into my conversations that I will have in Spanish.
