Course Description
After learning these courses, students are expected to:
- Comprehend and converse in mandarin Chinese in a culturally appropriate
manner for important real-life topics such as career planning, the influence of
Internet on society, and traveling in China, etc. - Learn key grammatical structures, and practice interpersonal, presentational, and
interpretive language skills. - Read, write, and comprehend dialogues and articles, using complex sentences
written in Chinese characters. - Recognize and pronounce 1100 Chinese characters with appropriate tones.
