Should College Be Free

I think college should not be free. My main reason for saying this is because if it was free everyone would have to pay more taxes. Besides, if college was free there would not be enough class space to accommodate the mass of people. With the excess number of people, there also would not be enough dorm rooms or parking spaces. It is not a good idea to make college free, but I can see some benefits in lowering the price of tuition. The most important one being people wouldn’t have such a high amount of money to pay when it comes to student loans.
