    • Designed and planned one-group pretest-posttest pre-experimental study to meet the Capstone Project requirements to receive the Doctor of Nursing Practice
    • Completed Social & Behavioral Research – Basic/Refresher Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) Training; current through May 2025
  • Research Assistant, College of Nursing, University of Florida, Gainesville, 2010-2011
    • Assisted Associate Professor in their CAM research in managing irritable bowel syndrome, conducted an experiment according to IRB guidelines, created a poster presentation for the Southern Nursing Research Society Annual Conference, and published a manuscript
