3. How is failure good?

Failure is great! Just not in the moment for most of us. Failure can be frustrating,
heartbreaking, and can lead to disappointment. This is not all, though, for people who are truly
brave enough to keep moving forward find that all these things are like fuel. Entrepreneurs must
be die-hard and persistent, learning from each failure and becoming more sensitive to their
actions until they produce the desired results. Your mind will gradually become more fortified,
ready to overcome any issue with the confidence that you can take on an even more giant hill.
Failure produces greatness; failure is a learning opportunity. Kobe Bryant once talked about
missing a game-winning free throw, which the media exploited. He felt down, wanted to give up,
then was like, “What am I thinking? Get over yourself, man, focus on what we can do to make
sure we are not in this same spot by next year”. Kobe went on to buckle down, shooting more
than 1,000 free throws every day and doing leg workouts to ensure his body wasn’t tired after a
long season. Then, winning the following year’s championship while playing through a torn
Achilles. Failure is hard, though, it can be lonely, but boy does it produce greatness if you allow
your failures to fuel you and make you more persistent.
