My name is Jalen Walker and I am a cybersecurity major that is highly motivated and detail oriented. I am keen to contribute a plethora of skills such as practical and advanced knowledge to the field of cybersecurity. I’ve had a infatuation for technology since I was young and I plan to achieve limitless expectations in cybersecurity.

During my academic journey, I am currently engaged in some courses that will help build a better understanding of cybersecurity for me. Courses like Cybersecurity, Technology & Society, Criminology, and Psychology will enhance my knowledge of the foundation of the principles of cybersecurity. I am also a member of the Cyber Security Student Association here at ODU building up my network too advocate for the cybersecurity culture.

In a realm where cybersecurity is constantly growing I intend to be a sponge for knowledge as I’m still in school, but I also plan to express my dedication to build a safer and stronger platform for the digital world. No matter if it’s creating security strategies, digital landscaping, or testing, I have a sincere interest in helping defend cyber attacks.
