About Me

Hello everyone!

My name is Brianna Sheppard, and I want to thank you for visiting my page. Feel free to explore my website to find out all about the work that I’ve done for Psychology 304. But here, I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. As I’m writing this, I am in my final semester at Old Dominion University as a Psychology major with a minor in business administration. I knew, before I even entered college, that I wanted to major in psychology. There is not a single psychology class I’ve taken that I didn’t like (and yes, that includes Quantitative Methods!), but it wasn’t until about my sophomore year that I found my niche: Industrial/Organizational psychology. From there, I have branched a little bit into Human Resources, which is the career field I plan on entering. What really drew me to this class in particular, was how applicable it’ll be in an HR department. After all, human resources is all about managing people, and the best way to do that, in my opinion, is to know how and why they operate individually, and in groups.
