My name is Thomas Winterrowd and I am a student at Old Dominion University majoring in Cybersecurity.
Being able to learn more about Cybersecurity here at Old Dominion greatly helps with my goal of entering the field after college. Right now I am a sophomore, but during my senior year of high school I took two dual-enrollment classes about the Network+ and Security+ certificates respectively.
Outside of academics, my personal interests are programming and repairing electronics. I learned how to program when I was thirteen years old with Lua, and since then I have learned C and Python. I became interested in repairing electronics around the age of sixteen: I have reshelled and fixed two DS Lites, and I have repaired some controllers for my older brother a few times.
