I am a psychology major who is passionate about the way people work. My goals are to complete my bachelor’s with a competitive GPA and internship experience so that I can get accepting into a master’s program. After I complete my graduate degree I want to start a career in the industrial-organizational psychology field, improving the work conditions of the average employee. Psychology has been a passion of mine since high school. It has helped me understand myself and improve my well being. I want to use what I learned to help others.

This course will help me better understand the way people act in groups. Studying social psychology is an important step to understanding social norms and behaviors in and out of the workplace so that I can utilize that knowledge in my career.
