What I took away from this assignment is that people perceive things differently because some people could think it was racist while others could disagree.I can apply this to my English class in high school. When we were playing a game where we all had to listen to a different sound and an image and write what it looked and sounded like to us. Everyone’s answers were different. This assignment was relevant to me because I’ve heard and personally experienced someone go on a racist tirade.
