If you wish to pursue internships with NATO ACT, be sure to plan well in advance.  The application cycle is far in advance of the internship — as of this writing in Summer 2020, the application cycle for the 2021 internships was already closed.  This is because students need to be get security clearances etc., and the result is that it can take a considerable amount of time between acceptance for the internship, and the actual period working for ACT.  That said, this can be a terrific internship opportunity.  More information is at: https://www.act.nato.int/career-opportunities.
