Eligible students must be
· U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
· Enrolled full-time at an accredited college/university in Virginia
· Minimum 2.75 GPA on 4.0 scale
· Classification: Junior at time of application
· Majors: Social Work, Pre-Law, Political Science, Education, Public Affairs/Public Administration, Criminal Justice, Urban Studies/Urban Affairs, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, History and related majors
· Has demonstrated leadership and community service during college tenure
