I was recently contacted by the Heritage Foundation asking me to let students / recent graduates know about a training opportunity they have created with both online and in-person options that is aimed at helping students learn how to become effective Congressional staffers.

The Heritage Foundation is one of the large conservative think tanks in Washington DC. You can read more about the foundation and some of its stances here: https://www.heritage.org/.

Heritage tells me that they “recently launched a program called “Ready, Set, Hill!”” and sent me a link to this picture of program participants. Apparently this is “a two-day training on how to land a job and succeed in Congress.”
