When I started my Internship, all of the tools I used were new to me. Rather than wait for Steven, my Internship supervisor, to explain how each of the tools worked, I researched them to gain an understanding of how to use them; that way, when further instructions or explanations were given, I was able to work with them easily.

Soft Skills 

During my internship with Fedwriters, I often worked on my own. During times when cooperation was required, we worked closely to ensure the accuracy of our tasks, communicated any issues effectively with one another, and compromised when conflicts arose.

I currently work part-time at a Bojangles in Forest, Virginia. I have been working there for more than 6 years. My communication skills have greatly improved since I began working there. I have taught many new employees the proper procedures for their positions and have broken down each part into simple, easy-to-follow steps to minimize confusion and maximize confidence.

While in a professional setting, I act accordingly. I treat all of my co-workers and superiors with respect and complete each task with a strong work ethic and a desire to do the best job I possibly can.
