What the personalization principle is basically is it’s a method of writing a paper, or a more personalized way of lecturing that pulls in listeners, and both engages them further while relating it to themselves. It engages them to listen, and pay attention more, and can allow for them to retain more information, or for them to care about a topic they otherwise might not. To incorporate this into my own e-portfolio, I can rewrite some papers to address the reader directly using “you”, “your” and more personalized language.
