In essence, the CARP Infographic elements are contrast, repetition, alignment, and proximity. Contrast uses text, colors, and font to grab and divert attention to/away from something while Repetition helps to tie together many of the elements like text, font, etc. Alignment gives an artifact the feel of professionalism and makes it clearer and easier to follow along. Finally, Proximity helps to group items or features together to help give them identity or establish relation between them. By using CARP in my artifacts, I can draw attention to the important parts of my text-based assignments, give them a clean and professional feel, and better group different elements to make it look cleaner. In my Infographic Resume, I used a Google phone number instead of my real number and had to make certain changes due to my lack of tangible work experience in this field.
