Hey Guys! Finals are quickly approaching and I wanted to stray away from the traditional study tips. So instead I’ve looked into the best “Study Snacks” to fuel your brain as you prepare for those last couple semester exams and then of course, those dreaded Final Exams.

I personally always need to have a snack near by when I am studying. It is scientifically proven that you work better when you fuel your brain and body with nutrients. Whether you try these snacks or not, try to have something healthy and light. You don’t want to eat anything too heavy because you will most likely get tired and unfocused. Another suggestion is to chew a piece of gum. I’ve found that helps me as well.
