Check-in With Your Friends

With midterms upon us and Spring Break just around the corner, it is important to reach out to your friends and others around you to make sure they are doing okay. This time of the semester can be extremely stressful for students because professors are trying to cram in last minute exams and projects. This means long nights staying up studying, procrastinating until the last minute, and probably counting on caffeine to solve every problem.

If you notice a friend, or classmate, might be getting distant ask them to come study with you or even have a short conversation about which class is stressing them the most. While these may seem like simple acts, they can make a world of a difference to them! It can even help you by allowing yourself to take a breather and make sure you are not overworking yourself either.

Other people you can check-in with are the ones back home that are routing you on. They might not get to hear from you as often now that the semester is almost halfway over. Just a quick message letting them know you are eating and going to class will mean the world to them too.
