Overview

My name is Nicole Evans. I am a Healthcare Administration student at Old Dominion University. I am completing my internship as part of my academic program. This internship allows me to gain practical experience while strengthening professional and organizational skills.

My internship site is ARDX, which is headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia. Approcximately 80% of the staff work remotely. The organization is a management and technology consulting firm.

Founded in 2006, ARDX is a minority-woman founded, employee owned company. ARDX’s mission states that they are committed to improving the lives of our nation’s population through the delivery of superior services to our customers in support of their missions.

My preceptor is Nedra Commodore. Ms. Commodore has been with ARDX for 16 years, and is the Vice President of Quality & Compliance. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing quality standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting organizational excellence.
