Professional Goal 1: Build Professional and Organizational Skills
One of my main goals during this internship is to become more comfortable working in a professional environment and managing my responsibilities effectively. This experience has helped me learn how to stay organized, meet deadlines, and balance multiple tasks at once. I expect to reach this goal by keeping track of my assignments, staying open to feedback, and learning from everyday work situations. Observing how professionals communicate and handle their responsibilities has also been very helpful. By the end of the internship, I hope to feel more confident in my ability to stay organized and work independently.

Professional Goal 2: Gain Real-World Experience in Human Resources
Another important goal of this internship is to gain real-world experience working in the Human Resources department. I want to better understand how HR supports employees and helps keep the organization running smoothly. I expect to achieve this goal by assisting with HR tasks, reviewing policies, and learning more about areas such as onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. Working in a mostly remote environment has also given me insight into how HR supports employees who work from different locations. By the end of the internship, I hope to have a clearer understanding of how Human Resources contributes to a positive and effective workplace.

Professional Goal 3: Improve Communication Skills in a Remote Work Setting
A third goal of my internship is to improve my communication skills, especially while working in a remote environment. Because many employees work remotely, clear communication is very important. I plan to achieve this goal by actively participating in virtual meetings, communicating clearly through email and online platforms, and asking questions when I need clarification. This experience is helping me become more comfortable communicating with team members I may not see in person. By the end of the internship, I expect to feel more confident communicating in professional and virtual settings.
