Hi, my name is Nicole Smith. I am a fitness enthusiast and certified personal trainer with experience as a spin and group fitness instructor. I also hold CPR and WSI certifications. I have been involved in sports for most of my life, including track and soccer in high school, and I currently play for the ODU Women’s Club Soccer team. My training includes weightlifting, CrossFit, and running. I consider myself a well-rounded hybrid athlete.
Sports and fitness are more than physical training for me—they provide structure, discipline, and a positive outlet from everyday stress. Through consistent training and recovery, I focus on progressing both mentally and physically.
Professionally, I aspire to own a gym with my own spin studio and to work as a fitness ambassador, sharing my passion for health and performance with others.
