The seven categories of the NICE Framework are Analyze, Collect and Operate, Investigate, Operate and Maintain, Oversee and Govern, Protect and Defend, and Securely Provision. I rank the categories that interest me from most to least by Oversee and Govern, Protect and Defend, Operate and Maintain, Securely Provision, Collect and Operate, Analyze, and Investigate being my least interesting. Oversee and Govern interest me due to its management role. I had people under me when I was in the Navy and I always enjoyed the leadership position and be able to work directly with development. I liked Protect and Defend next due to its specialized role. I found it interesting to be able to actively handle threats as they appear and be able to defend the network. My third most interesting NICE Workforce Framework is Securely Provision. I liked Securely Provision due to being able to build Information Technology systems. I’ve always had an interest in how the systems were built and would enjoy being apart of cresting something. My least interesting choice was Investigate. Investigate appeared slow pace and I enjoy a fast pace environment. Id prefer to build systems or directly work in a management role instead of investigating cyber crimes. Being hands on keyboard is more suitable to my work style.
