ENCULTURATION:

My parents values and my values still line up. I attribute this to the way I was raised entirely.

My enculturation was and continues to be defined by the norms of my culture and social group. My parents laid the groundwork of my value system and while I have been exposed to others it has not greatly changed my value system. My outlook and perspective has changed over the years but core values remain the same.
