Welcome to my resume page. I am a senior cybersecurity student at Old Dominion University and a CompTIA Security+ certified IT professional. Through my education and professional experience, I have developed practical skills in technical support, cybersecurity operations, Microsoft 365 administration, identity and access management, endpoint security, network troubleshooting, and risk management.

I currently work as an IT Support and Security Technician at nuvioIT, where I troubleshoot technical issues, support users and workstations, manage accounts and devices, assist with Microsoft 365 environments, and work with endpoint monitoring and security tools. My previous IT internship also provided experience with workstation deployment, account administration, network documentation, vulnerability management, and phishing response.

My professional goal is to continue developing my career in cybersecurity, particularly in security operations, risk management, governance, compliance, and threat detection.
