ODU 2025 Knowledge and Creativity Expo

In April 2025, I was privileged to be invited by the Department of Cybersecurity to showcase my CYSE 250 Socket Programming project at Old Dominion University’s Knowledge & Creativity Expo, held at the Chartway Arena. The interprofessional event, which was co-sponsored by Academic Affairs, Macon & Joan Brock Virginia Health Sciences, the Perry Honors College, and the Office of Undergraduate Research, showcased research and creative projects from throughout the university. My presentation was included in the event’s emphasis on undergraduate participation, giving the  audience an overview of network communication concepts and the practical applications of socket programming in cybersecurity.
