Windows Systems Management and Security

This course makes use of tools and techniques used to configure, manage, and implement Windows and security-related features. This course teaches students to install, configure, manage, and secure Windows client and server operating systems. The course was informative on malware threat mitigation, identifying security issues through auditing and the Advanced Threat Analysis feature in Windows Server, secure virtualization platforms, and more. The curriculum covers topics such as Active Directory design, Windows authentication, group security, policy management, service security, remote access security, public key infrastructure planning, securing file resources, Internet Protocol Security, and advanced threat analysis. Every student is required to submit a paper with full references, formatted as if it were ready for publication in a journal. The paper could be on a topic of your choice. I chose to write about the evolution of Microsoft servers. Below is a PDF of my paper.
