Cybersecurity Strategy and Policy

This course acts as an introduction to the essentials of strategy development and policy-making in cybersecurity. The course consists of risk management the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to develop and implement cybersecurity policy; the ethical implications of said policies and strategies, and more. The course aims to provide students with the ability to understand and articulate the goal and structure of national security and cybersecurity strategies. The curriculum asks to identify mechanisms for cyber crisis management and conflict resolution. The course also consists of engaging in ethical debates related to policies, anticipating developments in cybersecurity strategy, and assessing the effectiveness of those strategies and policies. Below I have included a paper I wrote on Ethical Hacking and the social implications that come with it.
