Technical Support Intern, GiGstreem — Installation of wireless access points in residential buildings across the Washington Metropolitan Area, this entailed network troubleshooting and hardware setup, which gave me hands-on experience with Wi-Fi configuration and networking principles.
Admin Assistant / On-Call Tech Support, Rappahannock YMCA — Supported daily operations by reviewing and validating childcare documentation for compliance, while serving as the first point of contact for technical issues at the Rappahannock YMCA Office in Fredericksburg, Virginia. This included resolving administrative system errors, troubleshooting user problems before escalation, and ensuring accurate, efficient processing of digital records. (My first day I resolved a workstation crash caused by a PlayerSpace application-generated email overload that disrupted processes on the admin desktop.)
