Kendra Rigney, M.S.

Kendra is a 2nd-year PhD student in the Health Psychology program. She graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2021 with a B.S. in Psychological Science and a minor in Gender and Women’s Studies and in 2022 with a M.S. in Psychological Science with a Clinical Concentration. Kendra spent one year as an Instructor at Western Kentucky University before attending Old Dominion University. Her research interests include problematic cannabis use, disordered eating behaviors, and emotion dysregulation, specifically among sexual minority women. In her free time, Kendra enjoys reading, trying out new coffee shops, and taking care of her houseplants.
Mikaela Honeycutt, B.S.

Mikaela is a 1st-year PhD student in the Health Psychology program. She graduated from Old Dominion University in 2024 with a B.S. in Psychological Science and a minor in Health & Wellness. Her research interests include sexual minority individuals and relationship experiences, specifically involving alcohol use, identity stress, intimate perceptions, and sexual interactions. In her free time, Mikaela enjoys watching nature documentaries with her son, heavy-lifting in the gym, and drawing with lofi music on!
