I think the differences would be for the social side would be they talk about how there is a breach and how they can go about protecting the people. By doing this they give the person the information they need because of the breach so the person can change their information and cancel any cards plus they can file for thief if money was spent. As for the economic side, I see they will tell you the information that was taken like card number, expiration dates, address, phone number, and your first and last name. With this, they will both have different roles social and economic I think that what I pick out shows the differences when I read this.
