Hi! My name Damaris Arnold. I am currently a junior at Old Dominion University studying nursing and spanish. In this class we used a photo that was special to us. My photo is a mural painted in the Corozal Town Council. I chose this photo because my family is from Belize and this photo shows the history and culture of Belize. This photo was the foundation for each writing assignment. The writing assignment that was most difficult for me was the refutation essay because I have never cited or quoted articles and websites in spanish. I learned many spanish grammar rules this semester and I learned how to successfully write papers in spanish.
