Inquiry Design Model Plan – This lesson was created for a social studies unit on famous past Americans and how their contributions helped make a difference and positive impact on society.

Plan Based Assessment – This lesson was created so that students would be able to showcase what they learned in a 4th grade science through art. Students were to create a 3d diagram of a plant and label the parts of the plant correctly and also show the four steps of photosynthesis.
