All of these classes have played a major part in my goals of becoming an accountant and manager. My accounting classes have taught me the fundamentals of accounting, and my management classes have taught me how to become an effective manager. Organizational Behavior (MGMT 330) was about explaining, understanding, and ultimately improving the behavior of individuals in organizations. Employee Relations Problems and Practices (MGMT 350) extended that conversion and discussed the most effective ways to deal with such people. And Human Resource Management (MGMT 340) involved the policies and procedures that impact an employee’s job performance. These classes were and still are fundamental to my success.
