What is design thinking?

Design thinking is the process of creating new solutions to solve a problem. First, you gather data to understand the context of your situation. For example, you want to understand who your customer is, their need, and why these are their needs. Once you have identified these three key factors, you look outside the boundaries of what society has already created. Whether it is possible or ‘impossible,’ you place other possible solutions to solve a problem. During this time, develop sketches and brainstorm on paper ideas that come to mind. Ending this theoretical phase next; we move into experiments. You begin creating smaller-scale tests that are inexpensive but allow you to determine whether your posed solution is effective. Through experimenting with prototypes and tests, you begin to create a feedback loop between yourself and your experiments. You are learning how to augment your designs and implicate new things.
