In this meeting we primarily focused on the writing of the final report and discussing with our advisor and graduate assistant for our final presentation. we focused on the overall scope of what we had set out to achieve at the beginning of this semester and what we had since been able to accomplish given the available resources we were presented with and the challenges we faced. this report has thus far been coming along much more smoothly when compared to how easy we were able to complete the BCET request. throughout this semester we were able to become much more familiar with the formatting of scientific papers that are applicable in this project. additionally, we did a brief run through of our presentation to determine who was assigned what slides, as well as determining how in depth we could go with our explanations so as to not go over the time limit. we also set out to discuss future plans of how to best tackle our outstanding assignments in the following semester, including outsourcing the CNC work to third party companies and verifying approved vendors for all of the equipment we need to buy with our budget money, as well as substituting some of the things we had originally stated in our BCET budget request, given that were only allotted 900 dollars, of the 4000 we had originally submitted the budget for.
