Communication

After working in customer service for over 5 years I’ve learned ways to better communicate with people and customers. Writing an email, notes, making lists of tasks, or learning who I need to contact to figure out information, are tasks that I am used to, and help keep me organized as well.

  • Ability, understanding, and usage of active listening skills especially with customers
