The course objectives will be lifelong goals when it comes to culture. As we get older we will be exposed to new cultures and ideas on how life should be lived. Our world will continue to change throughout our lives so we will have to be able to adjust. My expectations for the course is to have a broader understanding of cultures around the world. I will admit before putting in effort and experiencing how promising it is, I am very lazy. I feel that I don’t have as deep of an understanding of other cultures because sometimes I am too lazy to put in the effort. I want to become excited about life again by experiencing new things. To secure my success in this class I will push myself hard and discipline myself to get the work done.
I chose this image because one of the concepts I found very interesting were dynamic externality and social cynicism.
